Whenever i try to turn on my phone i get to the welcome screen and a message saying "DATA ABORT" with a string of numbers and letters. It wont let me turn my phone off again unless i take out the battery and replace it. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? or do i have to take it back and get it looked at?
