Anyone know how I can set the phone so it will ring longer before it picks up the answering service? I couldn't find an answer in the manual.

    Thank you.

All I know is how to set it to the max amount of rings ("6" I believe).
Just dial the following code on your cell phone as if you where making a call:

    *61*(yourvoicemailnumber)*11*30#

Where (yourvoicemailnumber) is the number you dial on your phone to access your voice mailbox. If you don't know this number, dial and send *#61# on your cell phone.

In the Kansas City area you would use this:
    *61*+18162250010*11*30#

You should get a confirmation message on your phones screen after you hit send on your phone. It may take a few seconds.
Oh and just in case, you hold down zero to get the plus sign character. This sadly took me a while to figure out.
