im trying to get my cingular SIM to work in my g4015 phone wich previously had a at&t sim in it and it keeps coming up with the "sos only" screen and then asks for a restriction code after that..

any help would be greatly appreciated since LG's homepage is pretty much worthless

I'd like to know how to unlock the G4015 cell phone as well. Thank you ahead of time for anyone who responds.

I don't need the code anymore. One of my sister's friends gave her a Cingular phone, but she already tried going to Cingular and they wouldn't unlock it for her. Said it would be illegal which I find hard to believe. I think it's more like against company policy seeing how it would be better if they could get you to buy a phone than to unlock one.
