data cable help please

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me out. I have a data cable for my vx3200 and I install the driver and plug the cable in, but my computer doesn't recognize it. My phone charges off my computer while it's plugged in, so I know the cable is at least working. I also don't know what to do once the computer does recognize the usb port is active.
Any suggestions?

In myjal (webjal) go to options and check the box to Enable USB connection support.

Hi CleverL. Did you ever figure out your usb cable. I bought an insten data cable installed the drivers and software but when I plug my phone in it just charges. When I plug my phone in my computer beeps but I can figure out where I go from there. There is no program that starts and I cant even find a program. in my program files it shows that the drivers are there.

hey i have the same problems as u guys.

I can't get my computer to even aknowlege the cable all it does is charge my phone i installed the drivers that came on the disc with the cable but no new hardware wizard comes up when i plug in the cable. Normally when u plug in a usb device the computer beeps and u get the safly remove icon by the clock not even getting that?
