    Hello everyone,

    Today I let my 18 month old son play with the phone to keep him quiet while in line shopping and now when I call someone, they cannot hear me, I can hear them but nothing on the other end. PLease help! Thank you

    Do you have mute capabilities on your phone?

    Thats what it sounds like to me.

    If you would please post what type of phone you have, we could probably tell you how to un-mute your phone, or what the problem might be.
