LG AX5000 questions

I had a couple of questions about the AX5000 phone from LG.

So I bought this phone a couple of months ago, and have since learned that it isn't very customizable. I have been looking for both housing and software for my phone but haven't been able to come up with anything. Recently I bought a cable and software that I thought would work, but didn't.

Anyway. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about where I could get housings(faceplates) for my phone, and software that's compatable (I'm trying to send mp3 ringtones to myself and the software I have won't let me. Says I need a driver.)

If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.

this sounds like a common problem...had my phone 5 days, it's not looking good for this phone so far...
