My phone has no service anywhere. I have to take the phone and hopefully get it fixed or exchange it. I want to have all my text messages, all my call history, etc. etc. Is it possible to save all this info onto a miniSD? I have a VX8100. Any help would be much appreciated.

No, I am sorry. Only thing you will be able to save is stuff that you have put on the memory card.
Things like text messages, call history, number of calls, etc...all that is internal to the phone and thus will stay with the phone.
Also, if you have downloaded any games, ringtones, wallpapers through the phone, they will stay with the phone. One good thing though about this is that if the phone is bad, and they replace it with the exact same phone, you can re-download all that at no charge to you. If you decide to go to a different phone though, then you will have to pay for all of them again.
