vx7000 web browsing

ok, I know you can reset IP setting for free internet excluding airtime used, but can you access sites and view them like on a desktop computer like that? I just got the paid for internet on my phone and i like it i can see pictures and icons on sites like ebay and myspace. the only problem is that it gives me insufficient memory errors and stuff. Anyone know how to make this better? Also, is there a way to use verizon's web stuff instead of making your own WAP site but still get free internet?

i don't know if you can do anything about the insufficient memory error i get that too sometimes on some sites with my vx9800. i've never heard of "free" internet on your phone through verizon. if you live in a Vcast area you can get that and that includes unlimited mobile web.

There's nothing you can do about the memory issue on your phone mxkid. Just like your computer, accessing a site requires memory, and with the very limited amount the lg 7000 has, your going to get that a lot.

It's really going to happen a lot when you access a site that isn't setup for cellphone viewing (which at this point in time is about 99% of all internet sites). Hopefully, as time goes on, webmaster's will put up duel sites (one for the standard computer and one for handheld devices).

As obxvz mentioned, there are more going up that are specifically made for hand held devices, and if you have one of the newer phones that are Vcast capable, you can access a lot of them and with quicker response times.

The LG VX7000 is not a Vcast capable phone, therefore this will not apply to you.

mxkid, "free wap" is very limited to what you get, but when it's free i think you're expecting too much...jut my .2
