LG6200 picture/video messaging problems/solutions

Now,

We've been running into some problems with the LG 6200 picture and video messaging....It doesn't work...on some (most) units....Usually, we switch them out with a new one until the customer gets one that works...

I've run into a snag with this though. A customer has some pictures of a relative that has deceased recently that he obviously needs...

My question is this: does anybody have the drivers and/or other necissary software needed to transfer these to a computer?

Also, is there another way?

Since you have problems with picture messaging i'm assuming you can't send to an e-mail address...

try these driver's and see if that helps you : click on the one that says "drivers for all other lg phones'

Where the hell they want these drivers?
