I'm trying to get picture messages but I get an error saying "UNABLE TO RECEIVE PICTURE MESSAGE." I just switched phones from an VX6000 to the VX5200 and the 6000 was able to receive these same messages the 5200 wont.

I also can't get to Get It Now saying theres an error - "Unable to retrieve catalog. Please try again later. (534)" so I'm guessing/hoping theres a service error that be resolved soon, but I'm not sure because my other phones can access it.

I've gotten past all of that and now I need to know how I can set a midi from a picture message as a ringtone. Anything I save is automatically sent to "My Sounds" and there is no option either in that menu or in the sounds menu to set these as ringtones.

you have to use Get It Now to get ringtones i dont think bitpim works with the 5200.
    Can you hear me now?

Peter: No, I'm just exhausted 'cause I've been up all night drinking.

Call *611 or 800-922-0204 and have them add the appropriate feature code back to your account. They will know what code.
