vx9800 help

sorry im a total noob at this and ive been looking through the forums for like an hour and im getting irrate.

Eveytime i try playin my mp3s on my phone it shuts off and comes back on i've had the phone since it came out and i just recently bought a 1gig stick. it works fine when i only have like 30 songs on it but when i try adding more it shuts off and on again.

if you could help me out id appreciate it, even a link saying whats going on will help thanks in advance

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the 9800 limited to 512mb? It may not be able to handle 1gb memory.

I have the LG 9800 and I have a 1 gig card in my phone and currently have 800 MB filled up and it plays fine for me, maybe a software problem that Verizon Tech can fix for you

if you bought it when it came out go to the verizon store and get it updated?

Yes! The software is at version 5 now and will recognize a
1GB Mini Sd Card.

I just got mine and it is version 5.
No real problems yet.
