need help on my lg ke970 shine

hi i need help on my ke970 i just got the phone like 3 weeks ago and now im having this problem. the phones logo KE970 goes on and blinks every 3 seconds and it wont stop no matter what i press or do. it wont work even taking out the battery and restarting the phone. i think is a software problem or i might be wrong. does any one know of this problem with the new shine or can anyone tell me where i could the software to reboot my phone. please help thank you

contact the seller but they will probably tellin u to contact LG its def. a software issue

where did you get it from?

i got it from a friends cell phone store but when i order the phone he told me it got no warranty on it and is sold as is but i still got it didnt know is going to have a problem this fast

hi i dont think is a message notification cause the phone wont work at all.

can sombody please help me?

Have same problem. Left battery out for a week. Phone now comes on after several trys put only works on opening the contacts, not the menu, therefore can not get down the menu to do a reset on the phone. What next?
