major problems

I have a enV I have had it for about a year

its also my second one.

I have done one software update in the past year

but lately I have not been able to get signal in my apartment, my gf has the orange enV and gets signal just fine

I have tried to see if *228 would help but it doesn't

does anyone else have trouble with losing signal on their enV

its annoying and I don't have the time to go deal with the verizon stores because all they will say is that I might just need to go outside for the towers to see my phone. but Im in michigan and its like 10 degrees outside.

any advice would be helpful

I didn't go actually I talked to a few people in my apartment complex and found out that our area is a limited signal area
