My daughter recently got a new phone, the LG Venus (VX8800). I had previously transferred her photos, ringtones, etc. from her old phone, the LG VX8300, to her PC using Bitpim. I am trying to transfer the files to her new phone with no luck. Bitpim won't recognize her new phone, even though it is supposedly supported. I am using the data cable that came with the Venus. Any suggestions ? Thanks.
