Hey I just bought a VX8700 Shine phone and a 2GB microSD memory card for my phone. The phone comes with a USB cable to connect to your computer. I installed the 8700 drivers to my computer and I have my microSD card in my phone but for some reason my phone still isn't recognized by the software. What am I doing wrong/not doing at all and how do I get this to work? Has anyone else had issues getting this to work?

I had this problem at first, too. Go to 'Tools', then scroll down to the last option, USB something something. Hit okay, and your phone will connect to the computer. I just used Windows explorer to put music on my sd card. Couldn't get the phone to use any of them as ringtones, though. Oh well.
