LG Glimmer....Please Help..???

I just got the new LG Glimmer from Alltel, and I am trying to figure out how to put custom ringtones on it using a micro sd card. I put a couple 30 second songs both mp3 and .wav, and it will just come up in the music player. When I go to ringers nothing shows up.....Is there anyone out there that can help me with this problem...??? Thanks

For all those who have the issue with the ringtones I have a solution. I just got off the phone with LG and was told to change the media in the folders (i.e. music files to ringtones) you need to use a computer and the usb cable to organize your phone for best results use the lg data package.
