I was on my way to my house yesterday and I got a text and flipped up the keyboard and my phone screen went backwards, the software was really messed up. I turned the phone off, started it over. And it didn't work.

To make a long story short, I went to the local Alltel store and asked them what the problem was and the rep said "you got a bad phone". He said it was the first one here that was bad, so, if your phone starts messing up you will know what the problem is.
