LG Rumor Problem

OK guys, My phone is doing something really weird...I was waiting on a reply to my text, so I slid open my phone to get it off the button protect mode thing, and I closed it back like I have all the other times, but when I closed it this time the screen went all glitchy and white and was doubling everything on the screen....but when I open it the screen is fine. Does anybody know what is wrong?

Sounds like a manufactoring bug to me, u might want to have ur phone wiped by ur local realator

The problem is that the cord that connects the top part that slides to the computer is damaged. There is either to much dirt and debris near or on the cord or you have dropped it to many times and it's loose, or a combination of the two. Best bet is to go to a store and get it fixed, most stores can do it for $50.
