VX6800 replacement coming soon?

hi, noob here... and I apologize ahead of time if this has already been covered... but I'm due for a new phone... currently I have a Treo 700wx and it's getting pretty beat, some of the buttons aren't working, so I'm force to have to use the on screen keyboard which a pain...

After much research, I'm veering towards the VX6800, I like the 6900, but I need a keyboard. I don't mind the bulkiness of the 6800. But, does anyone know if there's a new one coming out (VX7000 maybe?)? I can wait a little more if it's not too far away, but I'm temped to just order the VX6800 soon.

**ps, and I'm looking for something with a bigger than Treo's screen... so I'm not planning on getting another Treo for now (unless they come out with something with a bigger screen)

Not sure if you want windows mobile or not but the Palm Centro just came out and it is pretty small in size with a full qwerty keyboard.
