Lg Rumour Internet Problem

I think there's some kind of problem with my phone web browser.. Everytime I send a ringtone to my phone, I receive the message but when I follow the link the page says Network Error HTTP Error: 403 Forbidden. Other websites like facebook and google work though. My provider is Virgin Mobile Canada and my phone is LG Rumour. Is there any way to fix this?
