LG Prada Wallpaper Problem

i have a problem with my prada KE850 and i couldnt figure out with it.
I cant set wallpaper on my Prada, even the default ones. i got the follownig messages;
1. can not set wallpaper
2. insert error
3. already diabled.
This problem happened after i try to install opera mini from the offical site. my phone stop working, freeze, but it work again after 20 h (i shut down the phone and open it and delete evey additional photos, mp3 and others when it usually work for 10 seconds or less)
now the phone is working fine except the wallpaper problem, i couldnt flash the phone as the flashing tools are not available in my area. is there any solution for this .
