So I have my New and My Oldphone...besides
Me What happens when Both are on?
What If I use my old phone; Such as making a call... Does anything happen?

Oh, So I can turn it on and still use its features (but not the signal part of it?)

You can use it for playing music, taking pictures, etc. (if so equipped), anything that doesn't require a signal.
