LG 385 Video Playback Possible ?

I purchased a pay as you go LG 385. It has a music player, media player, etc. I can play music back, and I can play back MP4 videos....except theres is no video, just audio. Is there a specific format that the phone will support or a program I have to use to convert the videos to first ?
I did a search here and found no metion of this phone at all.

Well, since nobody seemed to want to answer. Yes it is possible to play videos on it. You have to convert it to 3GP with software. Convert, transfer via flash or usb, done.
