I successfully unlocked a CU720 today. If you are just looking for the code, either call AT&T tech support @ 1-800-331-0500 and wait 15 minutes or use a pay service for $15.

The AT&T rep will provide you with the instructions to retrieve your full 17 digit<acronym title="International Mobile Equipment Identifier"> IMEI </acronym>code using the command: "*#06#"
They will give you the 16 digit subsidy unlock code and the following instructions:
=>Put a AT&T or Cingular SIM in the phone; it does not have to be an active SIM
=>Enter *#865625# then the 16 digit unlock code*
=>Device should say: Network Lock Deactivated
=>Phone may automatically reboot
