LG ks360 shuts off randomly

I recently purchased the lg ks360 and i've been having a few problems with this. The phone shuts off randomly when im texting. and im starting to get lag from it. is there anyway i can fix this? any updates for this phone? help !!

I have the same problem with my LG KS360. It turns off when:
- They call me
- J'appuis the arrow keys
- I dial with digital keys.

My phone does the same thing; I have an LG enV2. It usually shuts off when i send a message then shut my phone, but it does it at other times too. Could it be because the battery is getting jarred or something? Thats my theory, anyway
