    ok i recently purchased the lgks360 from amazon im have cell service through T-Mobile and everytime i get on the web it says check connectivity...i do have web access that i pay for monthly! .i have no clue what to do here if anyone can help me please email also is ashcan_87 at yahoo

    Do you have a data signal in your area? It's possible that your data plan is not set up correctly. I would call t-mobile and see what they say.

    I also just bought a LG KS360 and can't get it to connect to the web,anyone know why this is?
