LG AX-390 Ringtones too soft

I'm not sure if my LG is an LG AX-390, but it looks similar. On the back it says s/w version T20TFV81 and PRL version PRL 2004.

I have a problem: Even when I set ringers,etc to high, when I'm actually called it's very soft, too soft ...... the alarm as well. I don't have the manual anymore but I'd like to solve this because I want to replace my land line with this cell. It's charged and on.

Any ideas?

have you tried different ringtones? Sometimes the ringtone itself is just not loud.

I'll try others but when I go through them , they are all loud. This is something new.
