Voice Mail?

All I want to do is set up my voice mail on my Tracfone and be able to retrieve it. I can't find information anywhere online. Please don't tell me to go to the Tracfone website. I keep getting an error message referring me to their "customer service" phone number-- then when I call they either put me on hold forever or hang up on me.

So far, every search points me back to the Tracfone website. I'm really getting frustrated. This isn't intuitive at all to me.

You can easily do it on your phone but if you can't figure it out or cannot follow the instructions in the quick-start guide that comes with the phone, please Google "TracFone Support Follow-up" for information on contacting someone who can walk you through it.
