Disable Browser LG Invision

Is there a way to disable or require a password for the browser on the LG Invision? I am not paying for a data plan and sometimes I forget to lock my phone when I put it in my pocket. Then when I put it out again, I find that the browser has been on for who knows how long and I end up getting charged for data usage that I didn't use on purpose. I have searched my phone trying to figure it out, but I can't seem to find any way to do this. Thanks.

You can call AT&T and tell them to turn off data completely. I don't believe there is a way to disable the browser - maybe you can just remove the icon for it?
