I am sure there are many topics alike to this, but I can't find any solutions that work for me.
I recently got a Xenon and I have moved a shortened mp3 file onto the phone memory. The file is 142 KB and is 17 seconds long, yet it still will not let me use it as a ringtone.
I can play the mp3, but when I click the options thing in the top right corner, it does not give me the option to "Use as..."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Shyzar

Re: LG Xenon Ringtones
The bit rate must be 96 kbps, any faster and the phone doesn't recognize it. I looked at the properties of a purchased ringtone and it was small (<100kb) and the slowest bit rate.
I have Roxio as an editing tool but there are lots of other free ones
