My daughter's Prada has been acting up and I want to either upgrade the firmware or re-install the original OS, however I have been unable to locate it.

I purchased an unlocked version of this phone which has been running well on the AT&T network but now it is having problems.

If possible, please point me to where I may be able to download the OS and fix this beauty or it is going to be for sale...
