News: LG Cookie Fresh GS290 is officially announced

Last week we seen the LG Cookie Fresh GS290, and now it has been officially announced by LG. The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 is said to become available for launch in Europe this month and will be available in several colors. After the launch, over 50 more countries will get the LG Cookie Fresh and the LG Cookie Plus by the end of 2010.

Features of the LG Cookie Fresh GS290 include: a 3 inch WQVGA touchscreen display, “cartoon UI”, social networking integration, FM radio and a 3.5mm headset jack as well as a 2MP camera. 3G is not available on this handset.

Price of the LG Cookie Fresh has not been announced but will probably be cheaper than the LG Cookie Plus
