LG Ks660 dual sim error - cannot load second SIM

I have a problem with my LG kS660 dual sim phone, Whenver the phone starts (boots) it shows two SIM, after 10 minutes only one SIM is displayed the other doesn't show. I have to restart the phone then it shows both SIM again, stays on for 10 minutes then it says "no network",

Is there a confiuration I have missed ? What Can I do to help,

This is a new phone I just bought it.
