The subject phone was given to us by ATT - long story. I have tried connecting this POS to my PC via USB with no luck. The computer does not "see" the phone. It says it has downloaded the drivers but I am skeptical of that. Where can I get valid driver for this phone. My intent was to use Outlook to update the contacts.
