phone not loading pics from sd card and freezing up

i have an lg envy3 and it started freezing up today while i was taking pictures with it. now i cannot get any of my pics from the sd card to load and everytime i have tried my phone freezes up as soon as i press the my pics button. i get a black screen with the normal erase, view, and options at the bottom and the signal strength and battery meter are at the top, then it freezes and i have to remove the battery to power it back on. can you help?

Pull the card and put it back (it might be lose). Also, try to read it in your computer. There's a chance that it's gone bad. Try another one if you can.
