LG Optimus V clear ESN

Hi, so my brother had this LG Optimus V with Virgin Mobile and is with another company with a different phone. My question here is, is it possible to clear the ESN on his phone and make compatible with a different prepaid phone company, such as Kajeet? Like my parents do not care about the parental control, and I'm just going with this company because of the $14.99/month Unlimited Texting plan. So would it be possible or not?

you can't clear the ESN, but you might want to see if the other company will activate the phone on their network. As long as the phone uses the same technology as the new network it's worth a shot.
