No access to the Access Advisor

Hello,
I have asked on here extra new, because I have not the technical basic and alone not rightly come.

I have the LG phone - P990.
After I now came back from a foreign trip I have no access to the app Advisor more to load apps to me.
When I click the icon for it, the program opens though, but after a while, I get the message then:

"Download failed"

Connection problems, please check your Internet connection and restart the application.

"Close"

But I have an Internet connection, and otherwise, I've found no other changes.
I hope that someone here can help me.
Advice but please so I's understand and follow.
