    How-To: Enable Bluetooth Connectivity on Your LG Viper 4G LTE.

    1. From the Home screen press the "Menu" sensitive button.
    2. Press "Settings".
    3. Tap "Wireless & networks".
    4. Tap "Bluetooth". A checkmark should appear indicating that Bluetooth is enabled.
    5. To access the Bluetooth settings menu press "Bluetooth settings". Doing so will give you access to a number of Bluetooth options including:

    - Device name: This option enables you to rename your phone's Bluetooth name.
    - Discoverable: Toggle this option on or off to make your device visible or invisible to other Bluetooth devices.
    - Scan for devices: Tapping this feature will make your device scan for other Bluetooth devices. Once the scanning process is complete, a list of Bluetooth devices (discoverable and in range) will be shown on the screen.


    How-To: Pair Your LG Viper 4G LTE with a Bluetooth Device.

    1. Enable Bluetooth connectivity by following the first 4 steps above.
    2. Make sure your device is set to "Discoverable" in the Bluetooth settings page and tap "Scan for devices".
    3. Once the scanning process is complete, tap the device you wish to pair with.
    4. Type-in the passkey or PIN code if prompted to do so.
    5. Press "Done" or "OK".

    NOTE*: In order for pairing to be complete the external device will need to accept the connection by entering your PIN code.


    How-To: Disconnect a Paired Device.

    1. Makes sure Bluetooth connectivity is enabled.
    2. Access the "Bluetooth settings page" and tap the paired device.
    3. Press "OK" to confirm.

    NOTE*: You can also tap and hold your finger on the paired device's name in the "Bluetooth settings page", then select "Disconnect" from the context menu.


    How-To: Delete a Paired Device.

    Disconnecting a paired device will not remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices, and once you pair it again you will not be required to enter a passcode or PIN code.
    To remove a Bluetooth device and delete the "connection record" and security data:

    1. Enable Bluetooth.
    2. Access the "Bluetooth settings page".
    3. Tap and hold the name of the device you wish to remove.
    4. Press "Disconnect & Unpair".


    How-To: Send Contact Information via Bluetooth.

    1. From the Home screen tap the "Apps" icon.
    2. Select "Contacts".
    3. Tap an entry to access detailed information about the contact.
    4. Press "Share" then select "Bluetooth".
    5. Select the paired device you wish to share the contact information with.


    How-To: Send Pictures or Videos via Bluetooth.

    1. From the Home screen tap "Apps".
    2. Tap "Gallery".
    3. Select the album containing the file you wish to share.
    4. Press the "Menu" sensitive button then checkmark the media files you wish to share.
    5. Tap "Share" and select "Bluetooth".
    6. Select the paired device you wish to share the files with.

    A lot of available devices that are not wanted in my Bluetooth search menu, such as Misc., iPad, Charge2, iPhone. How do I delete these unwanted devices?
