Blocking Calls

Blocking Calls From One Specific Number:

  1. While viewing the home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap "Call" > "Call reject"
  4. If necessary, tap "Call reject mode" and select "Reject calls on list"
  5. Tap "Rejection list"
  6. Press the "Add" icon and select one of the following:
    • Contacts: select the desired contact and tap "Done"
    • Call logs: select the desired call log entry and press "Done"
    • New number: type in the phone number that you wish to block, then press "Save"

Unblocking a Number:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" key
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Press "Call" and tap "Call reject"
  4. Tap "Rejection list" and then touch the "Trash can" icon
  5. Select the phone number(s) that you wish to unblock
  6. Tap "Delete" and then tap "Yes" to confirm


Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. While viewing the home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap "Call" and then scroll down to and touch "Call forwarding"
  4. Tap "Always forward" and press "Enable"

Forwarding Some Calls (Conditional):

  1. From any home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "System settings" and press "Call"
  3. Swipe down and tap "Call forwarding"
  4. Under "Forward if", select either "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"
  5. Type in the phone number that you wish to forward the calls to
  6. Press "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

  1. While viewing a home screen, tap the "Menu" button on your device
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap "Call"
  4. Scroll down to and select "Call forwarding"
  5. Tap "Always forward" and then press "Disable"


Call Log

Viewing the Call Log:

  1. While viewing the home screen, press the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap the "Call logs" tab and view the call log.
  3. You can select a log entry to view extra details concerning the call

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "Phone"
  2. Press the "Call logs" tab
  3. Press the "Menu" button on your device
  4. Tap "Clear all" and tap "Yes" to confirm

Enabling / Disabling Touch Tones (DTMF)

To enable or disable touch tones for the dialer:

  1. While viewing the home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Scroll down and tap "Sound" under "Device"
  4. Mark or unmark the check box associated with "Dial pad touch tones"

Note: In case the box is grayed out, go to "Sound Profile" and change it from "Silent" to "Sound"
