LG GM360 camera problem!?

Dear,

I have problem with my LG GM360 phone. Camera is not working. When I start application for photographing with my camera, it freezes, and I cant turn off my phone. I need to put out / put in battery and then turn on. When I press button for photographing, lens turn on.

I opened phone to check flat cable (camera connection), or if there is something damaged. But everything looks OK, without any physical damage.

I have done Hard reset, without any positive results.
When I want to test camera (from hard reset menu), I press testing, but nothing happens, like I didnt press anything.

When I press button for photographing, lens turn on.

Since you've already done what I would've suggested it sounds like there is something physically wrong with the camera. If that's the case there is not much you can do to fix it, unfortunately.

Thank you on your answer. Maybe its software problem, what you think?

I was loking for software, but I didnt find what I need.

Next step is to buy camera module and change it.

If you factory reset the phone then everything should have been returned to default, ruling out a software issue.
