Managing Contacts

Adding a New Contact:

  1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
  2. Press the"+" sign to start adding a new contact
  3. Select the desired location where to save the contact, such as "Phone contact", "SIM" or "Google"
  4. Type in the contact's name in the appropriate field
  5. Enter the contact's phone number and, if necessary, tap the "MOBILE" field to select a different phone number type
  6. Enter any additional details as you see fit
  7. Once finished, tap "Save"

Importing Contacts from the SIM Card:

  1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
  2. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
  3. Tap "Import from SIM card" and choose a destination, such as "Phone" or "Google"
  4. Choose the contact(s) that you wish to import, or tap "Select all"
  5. Tap "Import" > "Yes"

Exporting Contacts to the SIM Card:

  1. Open the "Contacts" application
  2. Press the "Menu" button
  3. Tap "Import / export"
  4. Tap "Export to SIM card"
  5. Select "Save contact to" and choose either "Phone" or "Google"
  6. Choose the contacts that you want to export, or tap "Select all"
  7. Tap "Export" > "Yes"

Importing Contacts from the Internal Storage:

  1. From the "Contacts" application, press the "Menu" button
  2. Select "Import / Export" > "import from internal storage"
  3. Under "save contact to", select either "Phone" or "Google"
  4. Mark the contacts that you wish to import. Optionally, tap "Select all"
  5. Touch "Import" > "Yes"

Exporting Contacts to Internal Storage:

  1. Tap "Contacts" from the home screen
  2. Press the "Menu" key
  3. Tap "Import / Export" > "Export to internal storage"
  4. Select "Phone" or "Google"
  5. Mark the desired contacts, or tap "Select all"
  6. Tap "Export" and confirm by tapping "Yes"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" shortcut
  2. Press "Menu" and tap "Speed dial"
  3. Choose the dial pad number you wish to assign
  4. Select the contact that you wish to link with the previously selected dial pad number

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" application
  2. Tap and hold the contact that you wish to delete
  3. Tap "Delete contact" and press "Yes" to confirm

Managing Groups

Creating a New Contacts Group:

  1. Tap the "Contacts" shortcut located on the home screen
  2. Access the "Groups" tab
  3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "New group"
  4. Under "Account", select the desired accounts or leave it to default (All accounts)
  5. Enter the group's name in the "Group Name" field
  6. Under "Group Ringtone", select the desired ringtone
  7. Tap the "+" symbol associated with "Group Members"
  8. Select the contacts that you want to add
  9. Tap "Add" and press "Save"

Adding Contacts to a Caller Group:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" application
  2. Go to the "Groups" tab
  3. Choose the group that you wish to edit
  4. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Add members"
  5. Select the contacts that you want to add to the group
  6. Tap "Add"
