Contact Management

Add a New Contact:

  1. Launch "Contacts"
  2. Tap "+" and select to save the contact on the "Phone", "SIM" or "Google" account
  3. Enter the contact's name and phone number in the appropriate fields
  4. Add any additional details you want and tap "Save" when ready

Edit a Contact with Custom Picture and Ringtone:

  1. Open "Contacts"
  2. Choose the contact you want to edit
  3. Tap the "Photo" box followed by "Select from Gallery"
  4. Browse for the desired image and select it
  5. Tap "Crop picture" > "Just once"
  6. Drag the blue borders to crop an image and tap "OK"
  7. To set a custom ringtone to the contact, tap "Edit", tap "Ringtone", select a ringtone and press "OK"

Assign a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Launch the "Phone" application
  2. Press the "Menu" button and select "Speed dial"
  3. Tap the dial pad number you want to use for speed dialing the contact
  4. Select the contact you want to assign with the selected dial pad number

Import Contacts:

  1. From the home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Press "Menu" and select "Import / Export"
  3. Choose "Import from SIM card", "Import from SD card" or "Import from internal storage"
  4. Select the location where the contacts should be imported
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

Export Contacts:

  1. Launch "Contacts" and press "Menu"
  2. Tap "Import / Export"
  3. Choose to "Export to SIM card", "Export to SD card" or "Export to internal storage"
  4. Select the contacts you want to export
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to export the contacts

Delete Contacts:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" app
  2. Tap and hold the contact you want to remove
  3. Tap "Delete contact"
  4. Tap "Yes" to confirm

Caller Group Management

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Tap "Contacts" while on the home screen
  2. Access the "Groups" tab
  3. Press "Menu" > "New Group"
  4. Type in the desired name for the group
  5. Optionally, choose a ringtone for the group
  6. Select the contacts you want to add to the group and tap "Save"

Add Contacts to an Existing Group:

  1. Launch "Contacts"
  2. Access the "Groups" tab
  3. Select the group you want to edit
  4. Press "Menu" and tap "Edit Group"
  5. Tap "Add member" to select the desired contacts
  6. Tap "Add" and press "Save" to confirm

Remove Contacts from a Group:

  1. Launch the "Contacts" app
  2. Access the "Groups" tab
  3. Open the group you wish to edit
  4. Press "Menu" > "Edit group"
  5. To remove contacts from a group, tap the "X" button associated with each contact
  6. Tap "Save" to apply the changes
