Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap “Apps” and go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward”
  5. Select the phone number you want to forward calls to or tap “Contacts” to select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call”
  4. Swipe to “Incoming Call” and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward If”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered”, or “Unreachable”
  6. Optionally, enter the phone number you want forward calls to or tap “Contacts” and choose a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call”
  4. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn off”

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Access “Settings” > “Call”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap “+”
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a contact: select the contact and tap “Done”
    • To block a number from the call log: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a new number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”

Unblock a Number:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject” > “Reject calls from”
  3. Tap the “trash can” icon
  4. Select the number(s) you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
  5. Tap “Yes”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Tap “+”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “Save”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Tap “Messaging”
  2. Press “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Tap the “trash can” icon
  5. Select the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
