Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Establish a USB connection between the LG Zero and PC
- Swipe the “Status” bar down on the home screen and enable “Media sync (MTP)” if necessary
- Launch an Explorer window on the computer and locate the desired audio files
- Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” director (“Ringtones” / “Notifications” etc.)
- After the transfer is complete, click “Safely Remove Hardware” in the system tray and eject the phone storage to safely disconnect from the USB cord
Change the Phone Ringtone:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Sound & notifications”
- Tap “Ringtone” and choose a new general ringtone
- Tap “OK”
Change a Contact’s Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the contact you wish to set a custom ringtone to
- Tap “Edit” > “Ringtone”
- Select the ringtone you want to set and tap “OK”
Change the Notification Sound:
- Go to the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Sound & notifications”
- Under “Advanced Settings”, tap “More”
- Go to “Notification sound” and select the desired notification
- Tap “OK” to confirm
