Block Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call reject” > “Reject calls from”
- Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
- To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a phone number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”
Unblock a Phone Number:
- Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “trash can” icon
- Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” and press “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
- Enable or disable “Delete all messages of the selected number”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone number you wish to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
Forward Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” and swipe to “Incoming call”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or tap “Contacts” and an existing one from your phonebook
- Tap “Turn on”
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Incoming Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Under “Forward if”, choose “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to (optionally, select from “Contacts”)
- Tap “Turn on” or “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” (or a different option if applicable)
- Tap “Turn off”
