    Forward All Calls:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call
    3. Scroll to “Incoming Call” and tap “Call forwarding
    4. Tap “Always forward
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn on

    Forward Certain Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
    3. Tap “Call
    4. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding
    5. Under “Forward If”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable
    6. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to (or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook)
    7. Tap “Update” or “Turn on

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Access “Settings
    2. Tap “Call
    3. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding
    4. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn off

    Block Calls:

    1. Go to “Settings
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject
    3. Tap “Reject calls from” > “+
    4. Perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done
      • To block a call log entry: select the call log entry and tap “Done
      • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “Save

    Unblock a Phone Number:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Access “Settings
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call reject
    4. Tap “Reject calls from” and tap the “Trash can” icon
    5. Select the phone number(s) you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

    Block Messages:

    1. Open the “Messaging” application
    2. Select the message exchanged with the contact / number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number
    4. Check or clear “Delete all messages of the selected number
    5. Tap “Yes” or “No” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager
    3. Tap “Spam Settings” > “Spam numbers
    4. Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone numbers / contacts you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

    I don’t have the register as spam option on my lg k9v? When I try to block a message. HELP!
