Got my phone during 4th of July promotion and for the past month, no ringtone with incoming calls-text and email notifications work, just not the ringtone. THEN there was a software update the other day and now my google play store is not available and something is draining the battery..I have also put a memory card on the phone in case it needs to be replaced but don't know how to save my pictures/music/contacts/texts/emails on it.
