Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. On the home screen, swipe the “Notification” bar down
  2. Tap the “Settings” icon at the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Tap “Call”
  4. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or optionally, tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” and scroll to “Incoming Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select from your phonebook
  6. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Access the “Notification” area and tap “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Scroll to “Incoming Call” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn off”

Block Calls From a Number:

  1. On the home screen, swipe the “Notification” bar down
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  4. Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
  5. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a contact: select the contact and tap “Done”
    • To block a number from the call log: select the call log entry and tap “Done”
    • To block a new number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls From a Number:

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Decline and reject calls” > “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone number(s) you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages From a Number:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
  3. Choose whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  4. Tap “No” or “Yes” to confirm

Unblock Messages From a Number:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Touch the “trash can” icon and select the numbers you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
