Enable Call Forwarding:
- Swipe the “Notification” bar down on the home screen
- Tap the “Settings” icon in the upper-right corner
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively tap “Contacts”
- Tap “Turn on” to confirm
Enable Conditional Forwarding:
- Open “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call”
- Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Turn on” / “Update”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select a forwarding option to disable
- Tap “Turn off”
Block Incoming Calls From a Contact / Phone Number:
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
- Perform one of the steps below:
- To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a phone number or a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”
Unblock Calls:
- Open “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Tap “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Register spam numbers”
- Select whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
- Tap “Yes” to confirm
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Tap “Spam settings” and access “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
