Enable Call Forwarding:
- Swipe the “Notification” bar down on the home screen
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Turn on”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call”
- Under “Forward If”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unreachable”, “Unanswered” or “Busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts”
- Tap “Update” / “Turn on”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Turn off”
Block Calls From a Contact / Number:
- Open the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Decline and reject calls” > “Reject calls from”
- Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
- To block a contact or call log entry: select it and press “Done”
- To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a phone number: tap it and press “Save”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Register spam numbers”
- Select whether or not you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
- Tap “Yes”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Tap “Spam settings”
- Access” Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
